Ingredients
1 pound potatoes, cubed
1 or 2 tablespoons olive oil
Garlic powder
Paprika
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Slice the potatoes and rinse to get rid of residual starch. If possible, dry them with a paper towel as well. The dryer the potatoes, the better the browning.
In a bowl, toss potatoes with oil and seasoning.
Pour potatoes into air fryer and distribute evenly. Cook at 400° for 10 minutes. Shake basket to rotate potatoes and continue cooking until potatoes are golden brown. For me, that’s another 10 minutes.
Serve with ketchup or smother with cheese curds and/or gravy while mentally making a list of all the reasons that Rush is the best band that’s ever existed.
